Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AutomateCC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides a workflow automation platform that enables businesses to connect SaaS tools and automate business processes (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

The Service is provided by AutomateCC.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AUTOMATECC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AUTOMATECC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
